Lennar
The Triangle’s highest-volume builder, with roughly 50 communities and 270+ homes available from under $300,000 to the $800s. Everything’s Included® pricing, and a Black Friday financing event running through November 1.
About the builder
Everything’s Included, everywhere in the Triangle.
Lennar is one of the two largest homebuilders in the United States and the largest by volume in the Raleigh market, selling in twenty-two Triangle towns from Cary and Apex to Wendell and Smithfield. Its Everything’s Included® model prices the popular upgrades — quartz, stainless appliances, blinds, smart-home package — into the base price rather than selling them in a design center, which makes Lennar quotes unusually easy to compare against resale.
Where Lennar fits: buyers who want a move-in-ready home in a specific school zone this quarter, buyers comparing townhome options under $450,000 in Apex, Cary or Raleigh, and relocating buyers who need a predictable price without a design-center process. Lennar also runs an Opendoor partnership for buyers who need to sell first.

Current incentives
What Lennar is offering this month.
Lennar’s current offer is a dated event with a short contract window. It requires Lennar Mortgage; we get you one competing quote so you can see what the buydown actually costs over the years you will own the home.
A promotional FHA 5/1 adjustable-rate mortgage fixed at 3.990% for the first five years on select new homes in the greater Raleigh area.
Up to $5,000 toward closing costs on the same select homes, in addition to the discount points Lennar pays to buy down the rate.

What homeowners say
Buyers on their Lennar experience.
Lennar collects verified-homebuyer reviews through NewHomeSource’s TrustBuilder program — 739 in the Triangle, averaging 3.9 of 5. Three recent ones that speak to what matters: the sales-to-closing hand-off, the construction manager, and first-time-buyer support.
Very happy with the entire process, from the sales consultant through post-closing support; they also used Lennar’s financing and insurance.
Called the sales, lending and closing process efficient and smooth, with help scheduling walkthroughs and an independent inspection; only complaint was final cleaning.
A first-time buyer who found the purchase far easier than expected, rating craftsmanship a four for minor imperfections.
