HHHunt has built homes and communities across Virginia and North Carolina since 1966, with its North Carolina homebuilding operation based in Raleigh. It expanded into Wilmington in 2025 with a focus on New Hanover, Brunswick and Pender counties, and has since secured approvals for additional residential projects here.
