Bill Clark Homes is a family-owned builder with more than forty-five years in eastern North Carolina and divisions in Wilmington and Greenville. The company has been named one of the nation’s “Top 100 Builders” for over a decade and is known for coastal styling, award-winning floor plans and a design studio where buyers personalize a build. Founder Bill Clark’s sons Heath and Lance run the company today.
In 2015 the company established a separate custom brand, Legacy Homes by Bill Clark, which builds in Riverlights, Brunswick Forest, Compass Pointe, St. James and other communities. That is a different product line under a different name, so it is not listed below — ask us if you want it covered too.
